School Leaders’ Communications Academy

You are invited to join a professional development program unlike any other.

Educational leadership is more complex than ever.

Throughout this cohort-based, virtual program, you will hone the skills you need to lead your team through any challenge, increase collaboration and trust, and develop your unique leadership style through enhanced interpersonal and communications skills. This program is not about the “what” of school management, but the “how” that makes it possible.

What’s included:

Individual DiSC® personality and behavior assessment - A comprehensive leadership behavior and personality assessment. Read more about DiSC®.

One-on-One Coaching Session - Meet with an ICF-certified executive coach to review your DiSC® results and identify your top focus areas for improvement.

A Network of Peers - Learn and practice alongside a small group of educational leaders from public and private schools with varied experiences. (Program is by application only and is capped at 15 participants.)

10 Group Training Sessions and Additional Resources - Join one-hour live group training workshops, followed by optional additional coaching, skill development and “water cooler” connections. Access will also be given to resource documents, worksheets, and message board.

What is the cost?

The cost per participant is $3,500 and is usually covered by professional development funds.

Who is the facilitator?

This program is facilitated by Brooke Arthur, founder of ArtSpring Coaching. Brooke is an ICF-certified executive coach and communications expert who has spent more than 20 years working with educational institutions. She holds a master’s degree in communications and an advanced certificate in change management.

Who is this program for?

It is designed specifically for public and private educational leaders in K-12 schools including superintendents, principals, heads of school, presidents, and operational and academic senior administrators in all areas who want to expand their leadership capacity through their interpersonal and communications skills.
